Nismo 550cc Injectors

Once you're on your way towards 400bhp and 1 bar of boost the stock injectors are starting to max out leading to potential damage to your engine or at best your stock injectors are now over 10 yrs old and could be failing. With Nismo 555cc upgraded injectors (stock TT injectors are 370cc and NA injectors are 270cc) you can chase that bigger horse power safely. Please note that if you have a pre-1995 car you'll require the 300 Degree Fuel Rail Kit (see part no: PER020-024 below). All new NISMO injectors are sold with a full compliment of new upper and lower seals.

GReddy Intercoolers

The stock I/C’s start to become inefficient after only a few modifications and increased boost. The best I/C upgrade that also fits in the stock location using the stock mounting points are these awesome units from GReddy.

Complete kit as shown in the pic makes fitting quite easy to do. Unlike many other aftermarket I/C’s that are higher than stock (going behind the indicator cluster) GReddy use far thicker cores instead whilst still fitting behind the stock or aftermarket front bumper, they really are excellent value for money.

Unorthodox Light Weight Pulleys

With the stock Crank pulley weighing in at just over 7Kg this new Unorthodox light weight pulley weighs a little over 1Kg allowing for more potential BHP (less mass for the crank to spin). A very simple to install and cost effective modification, Twin turbo's will rev quicker, making for faster turbo spool up whilst normally aspirated Zeds will benefit with more low-end torque. For the purists, an over-drive water pump pulley is available which ensures that the water pump operates at the correct rpm when using an under-drive crank pulley. New ancillary belts are available separately (see the OEM section for prices).

SGP/ARP Head & Main Stud Kit

A FULL Head & Main stud kit, all in one kit for the 300ZX. We HIGHLY recommend this kit to anyone wanting high BHP. It is just good engineering, the machine is only as good as the weakest component it is assembled with!! The studs are uniquely offered with Allen cut outs for the ease of installation and removal of the studs. This means the head studs and heads can be removed without pulling the motor. Greg Dupree Divorced Wastegate Pipes and Inconel Manifolds

Split Pipe Downpipes.....also known as divorced wastegates….
The reason this type of down pipe works better is because the exhaust coming off the turbo wheel is spinning extremely fast and whipping in a circle.  If the exhaust comes off the turbo wheel and enters a much larger area it becomes more turbulent, slowing the exhaust velocity; also when the wastegate opens, the two turbulent exhaust gases fight each other causing more turbulence.

By keeping the exhaust in a pipe similar to the size of the exhaust wheel and separating the wastegate; you dramatically speed up the velocity of the exhaust gases.  Thus helping the turbo spool about 500 rpm sooner then an open standard pipe design .An extremely beneficial mod when changing the turbo’s or an engine swap. Made from Stainless steel or Aluminised steel and to suit all manner of Turbo’s. Please state type of turbo used and material preference. Also note, these pipes are designed for Series 2 (92 +) engines, series 1 engines require a simple mod of shortening the leg length of each existing Down pipe.

NGK Spark Plugs

NGK Platnium spark plugs are the OEM plug for the Nissan 300zx. They are ideal for all stock Zeds because of their excellent spark and longevity (60K). However they really perform at their best on modified TT's. The PFR6B-11B being a colder grade than stock and with the slightly longer shroud length to further reduce risk of detonation are not openly available within the UK and were mainly sold for the US market.

300 Degree High Flow Fuel rail kit.

These NEW Performance Fuel Rails will fit the OEM newer style of injectors (pintle-less) or Sard style injectors into either style lower intake pre or post 94 model Until now it has been difficult to install the newer style pintle-less OEM injectors on an earlier model Z32 replacing the old pintle type injectors. It involved considerable labour to complete this conversion involved not only removing the intake manifold to access the fuel rail and injectors, but removal of the timing belt and most of the front of the engine to remove the lower intake. The lower intake is then removed and sent off for machining to accept the later style fuel rail.

300 Degree have developed these rails to make this upgrade simpler. These rails avoid all that additional labour and expense. These rails will adapt the pintle-less injectors to the early style lower intake directly.

Options available, please advise when ordering. Many types/models of Injectors to suit also available. All rail kits now come complete with the 300 Degree fitting kit making installation very easy.
