Brake Components & Big Brake Kits
One of the biggest gripes with the 300ZX is the braking system. With parts now being over 10 yrs old and still trying to stop such a heavy car which is often modified for higher performance, you'll need the best stopping power you can get. General Motor Factor discs, whilst inexpensive, will soon prove to be less effective than those you are replacing. This is why we are pleased to be selling both DBA discs with their "Kangeroo paw" design and Porterfield Carbon Kevlar pads to help achieve the stopping power you need. Great feedback from my customers on these products, so try them for yourself. For those of you wishing to go down the Big Brake Kit route, you can't get much better than the Ksport Big Brake Kits - superb value for money and phenomenal stopping power!

High Performance Brake Discs  |
DBA (Disc Brakes Australia):
'Kangaroo Paw' is a patented hi-tech disc rotor ventilation system, designed and manufactured in Australia by DBA.
The ‘Kangaroo Paw' design features a series of 144 diamond and tear drop shaped pillars and columns. A 20 per cent increase in disc rotor efficiency directly translates to reduced brake operating temperatures, brake fade, disc rotor stresses, disc thickness variation, run-out and shudder. A superb combination when paired with our Porterfield R4-S pads. Available in stock sizes for the 300ZX TT & NA, as well as larger discs to suite R33 GTR calipers. Also available are the 5000-series 350Z discs.
3G:
By using Brembo blanks as a starting point before being machined to 3G’s unique specification, you are getting performance on both counts, add to this the range of Porterfield Carbon Kevlar pads, your Zed will achieve the stopping power you need.

K-Sport Big Brake Conversion Kits: 6-, 8- and 10-Pot Calipers! |
K-Sport big brake kits provide the ultimate in stopping power for your car. Integrating new brake technology into the design of the kits allows for a kit that reduces brake fade and continually cools and refreshes the brake pads surface under braking. The lightweight calipers come in differential bore configuration and are machined from aero grade billet - they weigh just over 5lbs (2.25kg) each! The rotors utilise a 2-piece floating disc assembly which greatly reduces rotating and unsprung weight. The floating disc also stops thermal stresses from warping the disc surface. The slot design on the rotor greatly reduces braking noise and expells gas and pad debris faster than conventional slot designs.These brake systems are designed for easy installation with minimal tools required.

DTA Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines |
Bought a Goodridge kit (or any other after market kit for that matter) and found the lines did not fit or didn't have line locaters (MOT requirement)? Look no further! Our DTA lines are the FINAL answer in braided brake lines for your 300ZX.
We spent many months developing and testing our lines on every conceivable variant within the 300ZX range and are pleased to say that these are the DEFINITIVE brake lines if you have a UK- or JDM-spec 300ZX.
Manufactured exclusively for us, each line is pressure tested to 2,000psi prior to being shipped.
These lines go one step further - they eliminate ALL metal and rubber OEM pipes/hoses inside the wheelarches. Yes, these lines go directly from the connector on the car INTO the caliper thereby eliminating any potential for future corrosion issues. Furthermore, our (front) brake lines come equipped with Nissan specific line locators and B-clips - a feature which other suppliers don't have and your setup may therefore fail an MOT test.

DTA Master Cylinder Brake Brace Bracket |
Engineered to our own specifications from 4mm thick stainless steel, the DTA BMC Brace Bracket eliminates firewall flex during heavy braking. This in turn will make your brake pedal feel less "spongey" and thus more progressive.
Please note that this product will NOT improve your braking performance.
